We are conveniently located near downtown Nashville. Minutes away from Broadway st and lots of fun!. Our unit offers a relaxed and peaceful place along with a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, keurig, washer & dryer, free wifi internet and much more! Bedroom #1- Queen Bedroom #2- 2 Queens This neighborhood is a mixture of new property development and urban living. It\`s not much of a sight to see but it\`s safe and many guests enjoy walking to and from downtown Nashville from this unit. We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150 1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding. 2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property. 3 - Damage to any items or the property itself. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We were just there to basically sleep so the price was good. This area is being revived and was very close to the Marathon Motor Works.
