This cute, nicely appointed condo near the riverfront has plenty of space for two. It sleeps more but there is no door on the bedroom if you need privacy. Near the Germantown area which has plenty of bars and restaurants you could walk to in a few minutes. Not really close to Broadway but that’s not where we were wanting to go anyway. Bring extra towels because there is not laundry in the unit and our allotment was minimal. The door lock was complicated with 10 digits and no instructions. So the unit itself (this is a condo in a condo complex) was really nice. BUT ... it is a condo in a complex. The first night the people above us came home around 2am and I could hear them. Around 2:30 there seemed to be an argument going on outside which was just a little scary but it did get quiet then. It's located in a somewhat industrial area with a cement company nearby. Beautiful place, quiet, other than the people upstairs stomping and banging. Vacasa was very good about addressing the issue. But a beautiful condo, just far enough away from downtown that you can get an Uber cheap. We had a great time! The host was great, checked in with us a couple times to make sure everything was good. It was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and seemed to be in a safe location. The only downside we encountered is there is a ton of construction going on just outside of this property (building more apartment-style buildings next door), which limited the walking ability from this location to restaurants, bars, etc. We were able to take Ubers or drive ourselves with no issues. ##### Benjamin M.
