Neighborhood of the condo was not super comfortable from a safety perspective but there was not much need to walk around for us. Rooms facing 28th Ave could hear the traffic. Nice garage space for two cars. Lots of stairs but was fine for relatively healthy 50-60 year olds. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Kitchen and open area great even when both townhouses combined for evening get togethers. Rooftop was very nice with firepits and lots of seating. ##### Ronda W.
