We took time to carefully choose finishings that felt welcoming but still clean and modern. 3 bedrooms + 3.5 baths round out this beautiful home. And can we talk about the skyline PRIVATE rooftop deck?!?! There is a bar, bbq, ample seating, and an amazing city view.. This 3 story (plus roof making it 4) home is set up to welcome bachelorette party’s and families alike. I put super comfortable beds and bedding in each room, black out shades in the bedrooms and electrofan white noise machines in each room. Bedroom 1 king bed Bedroom 2 king bed Bedroom 3 queen bed Common areas- brand new article sleeper sofa (full size) and a queen over queen bunk bed. Quick inflate queen air mattress Close to downtown and really anything in Nashville! It is a short uber ride to anywhere. The area is “up and coming” but this is pretty common for most of Nashville which is going through a rapid expansion. The area is surrounded by new and soon to be luxury apartment/ hotels as well as some older homes. Lots of amazing little restaurants within 1 mile of the house- even a new avocado toast restaurant! When your teenage boys first words are "This is Sick" you know you have done your job as parents to pick the right place. The house was clean, full of Nashville charisma and a view of downtown from the rooftop that was amazing. House was spot on with the posted pictures we looked at and enhanced our family vacation experience 1000%. Would definitely book this again on another trip to Nashville I want to plan sooner than later. Thank you Tiffany for your responsiveness to our questions and being a great host.
