This place is probably the dirtiest place ive stayed in and ive stayed at really questionable hostels. This hotel was very dirty. The pool was unavailable but seeing how dirty the room was, i wouldnt want to get in. The uber had no trouble getting there but it is a $30 USD ride from the airport. Uber prices from the hotel ranged from $12 to 25 USD to downtown Nashville. The staff was pleasant and kind. Staff was 10/10. The room was gross. There were roach exoskeletons in corners, hairs on bed and floor. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were literally falling off the walls, the floor was sticky and the bed sheets were not washed. It felt grimey and oily. I brought my own because i usually take my own when i go to hostels. There were obvious handprints on the bed's headboard which i found funny but this might give you an idea of what kind of hotel this is. I do not recommend you stay here if youre trying to save on the hotel in downtown. The uber prices will add up to equal what you would have saved on the hotel. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra hundred a night.

Had to hold Commode handle down Yeah several minutes with each flush. Floors were nasty not mopped! A dirty towel with makeup was folded on the shelf. We acquired a driver that was offered by Red Roof by the name Mr. “Hollywood” to take us down town and he spoke vulgar language and cussed endlessly. Very unprofessional! Scared for our well being (two women) we used an Uber driver for the remaining trip for our transportation needs and was treated in a professional manner!

There’s no breakfast at this hotel. There was virtually no coffee as all they had was cinnamon and decaf with no cream or sweetener. There was an iron in the room, but no ironing board. There’s no closet in the room. The hair dryer supplied was unusable due to the destroyed plug . There was virtually no water pressure. The bedspread supplied was very thin. This was pretty expensive so we were unhappy with the price.

Took forever for someone to check us in and out at front desk. They have a sign that says “back in 10 minutes” but we was waiting at least 20. Everything else was wonderful though

Property is not well taken care of. The bathtub was stained or not wash correctly , bed sheets were stained, door was peeling , floor was so black, smelled like cigarettes even tho it says no smoking. Do not book. Luckily I travel with my own bath towels , Clorox wipes and pillow cases but for 85$ for a night , deff not worth it. Worth 20$ a night.

My expectations weren't high to begin with. Check in was quick and easy, liked that. But once we got up to our room, there was a VERY heavy perfumey smell, several (poorly) patched holes in the walls, floor lamp in the corner was dirty/rusty. Fabric shower curtain was stained and looked like mold was growing on it. The toilet had a sticky film on it. Thank goodness it was only 1 night...
