Guest Access: Parking is located behind the property and is accessed off the alley. You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively. The Neighborhood: 📍 About Music Row: Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Music Row, the heart of Nashville’s music industry! Explore iconic recording studios, discover live music venues, and indulge in delicious Southern cuisine at nearby restaurants. With everything just a short stroll away, you’ll be right in the action of Music City! Getting Around: Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so. Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row. The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6\. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue. Other Things to Note: 🕺 House Rules: No smoking inside the apartments (but feel free to enjoy the fresh air on the balcony!). The unit was very clean, and little extras (coffee pods, mints, and makeup remover wipes) were a nice touch. The geographical area was just right for us and it was super fun to have access to Lime bikes and scooters to get around everywhere we wanted to see. I also felt safe in the neighborhood and rental unit. I would highly recommend! ##### April H. Music row is definitely laid-back and has some great restaurants and coffee bars. We walked to Broadway to enjoy that entertainment. It was about a 30 minute walk. We also Uber there a couple times and it was around 12 and took less than 10 minutes.We had some initial trouble getting into the apartment, but Christie was very responsive and helpful.We had wished there were some instructions or welcoming information. We didn’t know how to connect to the Wi-Fi, but again Christie was very responsive when we reached out. It had everything we needed. Parking was great! Loved the surprise of snacks and coffee k-cups. The outside area was great to have. It was nice to be close to Broadway but far enough to have a quiet night. Places were very walkable and uber was easy to use. The Well had great coffee and loved sitting outside at Tailgate Brewery. Communication was good once it came to our day of check in. Don't expect code for check in until the day of arrival.
