Everything was as we hoped and more. Our thoughtful host provided back-up products in case we forgot something, and gave recommendations per our desired activities. We will look here first for our next trip to Nashville.

Superb Nashville VRBO
Pristine accommodation, nice location, very quiet. I would stay here again. Close to downtown and Uber pick up. Queen sofa sleeper was comfortable. Better than the average sofa sleepers with a mattress. Welcoming atmosphere with soothing music when checking in. There were snacks, sodas, water and coffee available. Bathroom amenities were also available.

Everything went seemlessly from the start. Oommunication was effortless. Upon arriving, we were very pleased to see that everything matched with the description .We had a lovely time staying at this carriage house.The place was very clean and stocked with all the essentials you could ever need. My wife and I would definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family.

Loved the Shelby Bottoms Greenway!
We brought our bikes and loved that we were so close to the Shelby Bottoms Greenway! The greenway is very nice and peaceful, beautiful park! We loved being within walking distance to places. We enjoyed the dive bar "The 5 Spot." The low key atmosphere and live music was great! Also an Uber to downtown was only $8! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon!

Adorable carriage house in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to the action downtown. Jason was very accommodating, and even though we didn’t take advantage of many of the amenities he provided, it was nice that they were there!

Wonderful stay in East Nashville
The cottage had everything advertised, plus some. The adorable cottage looks exactly as shown, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and very important, an awesome coffeemaker! Coffee was supplied as well as a snack tray, which came in handy after a long day in the car. It allowed us to stay in and snack rather than hunt down a restaurant while being dead tired. In the morning, we walked a few blocks for breakfast, and the neighborhoods were pleasant to walk through, just enough hills to get a workout. Another plus was a washer and dryer. My wife and I stayed three nights, so it was nice to have clean clothes to continue our vacation when we left. Quick and cheap Uber to downtown. Only downsides is that the neighborhood is older and some properties are a little worn, and the floor plan has slanting ceilings, so be careful when standing up in certain areas.

Wonderful!!
We stayed here for a concert at the Nissan Stadium and it was a great location for that. We walked to dinner and found that there were many options for us to choose from within walking distance. The place is so cute sand clean! Also, little snacks, coffee, and sodas were a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated and enjoyed.

This is the place to stay in Nashville!
I wish I could write the right words to sum up this property, but I won’t be able to portray it properly. This is a MUST stay property. Jason has so much pride and love pouring into this place. Super kind, the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed and the amount of detail and the amenities rivals any hotel stay. I’d love to go back and stay again if paths cross. Absolutely wonderful in every way.

Peaceful Get Away
This small, cutely designed and decorated property was the perfect homebase for an evening of exploring Nashville! We felt very safe and would have no worries walking to a nearby eatery or bar. Downtown is minutes away and all the surrounding streets are trendy and well kemp. The owner even let us check in a tad early and provided nice amenities (the ground coffee and coffee maker was a godsend). You can tell they really enjoy hosting travelers and take great pride in their listing. This was a total nightly rental WIN!

Really cute place!
We went to Nashville for the CMA Fest this year and Jason’s carriage house was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with coffee, water, soda and snacks. There were also toiletries, a steamer, iron, and hair dryer. We loved the East Nashville area and enjoyed walking to breakfast in the mornings. Jadon was a very responsive and accommodating host. Thanks for everything, Jason!

Our stay at the carriage house was perfect. We were very pleased with the home, but the location made it even better! Close enough to places (restaurants, coffee, downtown, etc.), but outside of the busyness of the city. We will definitely be returning to this VRBO the next time we stay in Nashville!

We loved our stay— the space was just perfect! And so many small personal touches that made it even better! Very close to broadway- just a quick car/Uber ride away. We loved this property! It was so cozy and had everything we needed and then some. The owner even had a few snacks and drinks to welcome us. Bed was comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Perfect for our anniversary getaway. We biked downtown one time and found all-day $10 parking other days. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our one night overnight. Great location - walking to bars and restaurants. Jason was very communicative before check in which made for a smooth process. Jason’s carriage house lived up to its expectations. His getaway was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The privacy and quiet neighbourhood was greatly appreciated…providing a quiet a restful sleep after late nights on Broadway. Jason was extremely kind and friendly.
