Nashville has plenty of rental units, but there are only two this large located on Broadway -- and both take up the two top floors in the Lucky Bastard Saloon building! Once you step outside the loft, you're right in the heart of Broadway! A short walk to the world famous Tootsies, Hattie B's, Jack's BBQ, Whiskey River Saloon and more. Or simply walk downstairs to Lucky Bastard Saloon and enjoy live music, the Nashville Hot Chicken menu and cold drinks. All night. The apartment is right above the dj floor and you hear the music until 3 am and then you hear the staff cleaning up. Also, the apartment only has windows at the very front of the property and none of the rooms really have full walls. It definitely feels like this was not supposed to be an apartment. Some of the furniture had a musty smell to it. We had a group coming from all over the country. Outside of ubering to and from the airport, we didn’t need to Uber at all. Place is very spacious and access to the elevator is very easy. Only negative thing we really experienced was the loud. A few guys went in early Saturday night because of morning flights and had trouble sleeping because of the sound. Make sure you read reviews. Thurs Fri sat music plays til 3am so if you go to bed early not the place for you. We enjoyed staying here for cma fest. Place is set up nicely. Fun decor, lots of room, clean. Great access to all the music venues. The benefit of this place is the location without question. While parking is remote, you can drop off and pick up easily for luggage etc. Caution- be ready for the much noise as there is a suite above you and you hear them walking and talking AND Bands and DJs below.
