There were a lot of extras that you don’t normally get in a vacation rental. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Several reviews complained about the stairs. It is a 3 story building and most buildings in this area are 3 stories with stairs. I thought it was good exercise. A few more plates and glasses would have helped with the amount of people (6) we had. A bit more seating in the living space as well but the dining table acted as a landing zone for games and conversation. The place was very clean and well appointed. We did not cook but the kitchen is fully stocked if that's your plan/preference. The beds were super comfortable (we like them firm!) and the bathrooms spacious, good water pressure and temperature control. The living room space is comfy and the TV easy to use. We liked having Alexa to boss around to play our music preferences. Several easy to walk to coffee shops and a couple of breweries. Reasonable cost and time to get Uber to downtown--and wow, Broadway is an EXPERIENCE. Loud and crowded but with a fun and safe vibe. I sent 3 different emails over the course of 2 weeks and never received a response. House was clean and enough room for all of us. In one of the upstairs bedrooms, the bed linens on the pillows appeared as though they might not have been changed out since the last guests. Luckily we brought our own pillowcases so it wasn't an issue. I will say there seemed to be a sparce supply of towels for each bed/bath and only dishrags in the kitchen, no towels for drying.
