It is also home to the iconic " I BELIEVE IN NASHVILLE" mural a popular photo op for visitors. It's residential neighborhood is built around an elegant antebellum mansion, Sevire park has towering trees, picnic shelters and a playground. We are located in Hip 12 South Neighborhood in the building where Draper James clothing store is located right next to the I believe in Nashville Sign ! We provide free parking we try to limit it to two vehicles per unit . Our building is secure you need a code for entry and a code for for your suite. Located less than two miles from Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb University. "Howell Alley" runs beside the building, home of the famous "I Believe in Nashville" mural. We look forward to hosting you on your trip to Nashville. This is a very walkable area a one stop shop anything you need is just steps away . We enjoyed our stay on 12 South! We have been to Nashville several times and each time have stayed in a different area. I knew this area was very safe and family oriented, which is why I chose it for this particular trip. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable. I felt that the kitchen amenities were slightly lacking, there wasn’t a baking dish or a cooking sheet to be found. Also note, there were no plastic wraps or foil, parchment paper or anything like that. Most of the places I have stayed in the past have these items. These truly are minimal things as you don’t come to Nashville to stay inside and cook! The hosts were wonderful, responsive and very accommodating.
