The unique aesthetic is coupled with a spacious layout, a beautiful patio and balcony, and a skyline view of downtown Nashville. Explore the city all day and night, and then continue the Nashville themed fun in this show-stopping space! The Space: A whimsical "Ladies Lounge" theme is on full display with creative accents, including a stunning custom mural, high heels display, disco ball, and more. ★Play Local Tour★ Ask us about our "Play Local Nashville Tour" to experience Nashville in a comfortable, private, luxurious shuttle that accommodates up to 13 passengers! We offer 8 different tour options to choose from. ★Layout★ First (Lower) Level - common area with two queen beds, walk out covered patio, and en suite bathroom, with one sink and a walk-in shower. There is also a powder room in the staircase leading up to the main level. Second (Main) Level - foyer entrance, kitchen, living room, balcony with dining table. Third Level - laundry room, powder room, a king bedroom, a bedroom with full over full bunk bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom is also on this level with a king bed, and en suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and two sinks. ★Parking★ There is space for two cars parked outside of the garage. Please do not block the neighboring driveway. ★Neighborhood★ This stunning home is 4 minutes from Top Golf, 6 minutes from Nissan Stadium, 7 minutes to the amazing restaurants of Germantown and only 3 from Downtown! Located near so many vibrant East Nashville communities, businesses, and restaurants, you'll have the heart of its charm right at your fingertips! Nashville is truly at your fingertips in this gorgeous rental! ★House Rules★ During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. Other Things to Note: ★Security Camera Disclaimer★ For your safety and the security of our properties, most of our rentals have a ring doorbell camera or an external camera located on the exterior corners of the home. No indoor cameras are present - your privacy is fully respected. ★Damage Waiver★ You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay. In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee. Here’s how it works: by booking with Stay Local Nashville, Inc., you understand and accept that your booking fees include a Damage Waiver. It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you!) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay. The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior.
