Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes. By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. It easily accommodated three couples and we loved the fact that we each had our own private bathroom as well as indoor and outdoor space to hang out together. The pool was a surprising plus that we didn’t think we’d use, but we spent every morning in the pool before venturing into town! The train runs right beside the building and beside the pool and it’s quite frequent and loud, but if you’re inside with the door shut, it was less obvious and we got used to it by the end of our stay. Although the bedroom in the loft was private and had its own bathroom, it didn’t have full privacy, such as doors or windows, but the curtains definitely helped to close off the space. The place was perfect for our needs, the host was very attentive, and we’d definitely stay there again! ##### Kendra O.
