Experience Boot Scootin', a brand new 4-bedroom, 4-bath downtown house, strategically located near Nashville's iconic attractions, including Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Gaylord Opry, and Germantown restaurants. The house boasts meticulously designed open living spaces, adorned with signed music memorabilia from Nashville stars and a custom mural in the living room, perfect for #gram-worthy moments.   
  
Where you'll sleep:   
• Master bedroom (1st floor) - King Bed and Twin Fold-out Bed w/ en-suite bath & walk-in closet   
• Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) – Two Queen Bunkbeds (4 total beds) w/ en-suite bath & walk-in closet   
• Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) – Queen Bed and Twin Fold-out Bed w/ en-suite bath & walk-in closet   
• Bedroom 4 (2nd floor) – Queen Bed with two closets   
• Other options: Two Queen Air Mattresses and Couch   
  
The property comes fully loaded with amenities, including high-speed internet, cable, free private parking, and street parking. Guests enjoy a hassle-free stay with a full-size washer and dryer, modern Nashville-style décor, and a private coded entrance eliminating the need for keys.   
  
The house provides 100% access to the entire space, and self-check-in instructions are provided for convenience. Located just 2 miles from Broadway, guests can easily explore nearby Germantown, known for its excellent dining options such as Butchertown Hall, Rolf and Daughters, and 5th & Taylor. Germantown also offers attractions like the Nashville Sounds AAA baseball, Topgolf, Nashville Farmers' Market, Tennessee State Museum, and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.   
  
For transportation, Uber and Lyft are recommended for a quick 5-10 minute ride to Broadway, typically costing around $8\. Scooters are also readily available nearby. Whether you're attending events or exploring popular neighborhoods like Opryland, 12 South, the Gulch, or Music Row, this downtown oasis provides the perfect base for your Nashville adventures.

\- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!

After arriving at the house and attempting to go inside, we did not stay. Would not recommend for women traveling alone. The beautiful house is not a reflection of the neighborhood. Super disappointed!

#### Christmas in Nashville!

This awesome home was the perfect setting for our Christmas away from home. Fun, well designed rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect\~this area is an up and coming community close to downtown Nashville and was very quiet, although we did feel the need to be a bit careful at night. Our host was great to work with and responded immediately to our questions. Overall, it was an awesome stay! Thank you!!!
