Decorated with country music memorabilia, all new furnishings as of June 2017\. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress.Very well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet. Large shower. Washer/dryer. Pack and Play for little ones. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens provided. The short term rental permit is: T2020033729. We are located on the fourth floor of the historic Spence Manor building, which was originally built as a five-star hotel for Elvis to stay when he recorded at the historic RCA Studio B. Other notables who stayed at Spence Manor include The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and many more. The building has been converted into individually-owned condos. The location is very convenient to downtown, where country music reigns, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and The Gulch. Broadway and its many honky-tonks, is located about a mile away, a $5-6 Uber ride, usually. Many record labels and publishing companies are located within the block. We have been in the short-term rental business since the 1990's and pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort that our rentals provide for our guests. Carlos' condo was sparkling clean and so comfortable--we may never stay downtown again! Despite being in an apartment building, this unit is incredibly quiet. The few people we saw in the hallway and elevator during the week were very friendly. Carlos checked in with us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and was very responsive.
