When we checked in, the A/C was broken in unit D and the thermostat read 95 degrees. The management staff was quick to respond and send out maintenance and within a few hours the entire unit had cooled down. The rooftop view of the city was simply amazing even though we only got to enjoy it the first night we got there due to the weather. We had a few issues with the places that were outside of our hands and the owners hands but they were extremely quick to respond and had the right help onsite within an hour or two to fix the problems!Quick trip to the city.
