The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Oct 1, 2024 #### An absolute dream vacation home This 3 level townhome was absolutely amazing! Gorgeous and charming decor! Immaculate!!! Easy instructions for entering and leaving. Easy chat response with effective answers. This area are town was close (10-15 mins) to everything yet you didn’t feel like you where in the city. The 2 car garage was so Important to us and we are thankful to have that space for our cars. This space easily held 5 adults and there was an additional Bedroom we didn’t even use. There are two sets of stairs which may be a deal breaker for some but we all loved it and will definitely book this place again when needed! ##### Kristi A. Jun 30, 2024 #### Home needs cleaning, painting and repairs I spent 5 nights here with 3 girlfriends. We were all disappointed in the condition of the unit. Floors were dirty, walls are badly scuffed and dirty, furniture is stained and disgusting, shower door doesn’t close without a struggle, water pressure is low, and the home is poorly equipped. It seems to be located in a safe area and the Uber rides to the downtown area were reasonable. The walls seemed to be thin as we could easily hear the neighbors. Sep 27, 2024 #### Great rental with minor adjustments required We had a great time during our stay, the unit is really good and well maintained. The unit was very clean and the customer support is very good as well. We saw a security van doing rounds every night which gave us an extra sense of safety. The only complain we had would be the refrigerator and the locking system; the water filter in the refrigerator was not changed hence we couldn't drink the water from the fridge, and the ice maker wasn't working well. Additionally there was tons of old ice in the freezer which was not emptied earlier so we couldn't use any of that either. Jul 14, 2025 #### Perfect for our first time in Nashville We loved the quiet location that was a quick uber to downtown but far enough from the craziness to get rest when we needed it. We saw lightning bugs in the bushes across from the patio each night. The place has a really cool atmosphere. One whole floor is patio, living room, kitchen. It’s perfect for everyone to hang out and game plan. The stairs were neat but one member of our party had a hurt knee and that was a bummer. The rest of us appreciated the extra steps each day. The extra separation for privacy for sleep time was really nice. You could go up to the sleep floor to get away. The wall of windows in the matter was really awesome. Everything seemed new and upscale. We would definitely stay here again. PS: hot water takes a while to get to the top floor but it does work. AC was amazing.
