The location was convenient; close to Vanderbilt, which is what we wanted. The parking garage was a nice perk, i didn't realize it from checkin inst, but you can go straight up into the building from the garage. The neighborhood was fine.There are a number of good places to eat nearby. The Apt. had all the basics in the kitchen we would need for staying a weekend. Overall a really nice place I am not sure about guest reviews complaining about towels?There were enough towels for us. & if you wanted to, you can just dry your own towel in the dryer to reuse if damp. The one complaint I have and this is not the fault of the owners, but it IS an apartment and the 1st night we didn't hear any noise But the second 2 nights, whoever was upstairs from us decided to spend all night doing something that was akin to stomping. I had earplugs, and even then you can feel the vibrations. It was incessant! I don't know what they were doing! It would start about 1 a m and go on till about 7a.m. Needless to say, we did not get much sleep despite the comfortable bed. This made our days very difficult to get thru. I am in my late 40's & I need my sleep! Both my husband and I were completely exhausted...It took us a few days after getting home to recover. I am not exaggerating when I tell you It was almost impossible to sleep. Thankfully our daughter was oblivious. There is great dinning a short stroll away. Grocery and other chain stores are only a few blocks. The rental is perfect for two people. My honey and I had more than enough room to stretch out. (you could fit 2 adults and a child or two, but I would find that too crowded). It was perfect for us. Communication was clear and quick. The passcode locks on the door and elevator made coming and going easy. It also has safe and covered parking included, which makes it a great value in Nashville! Our only issue was resolved by management within an hour. Midtown location is great with easy access to downtown. Only got 2 towels,wash clothes.ect. no kitchen towels.For 4 day stay. When I asked for more towels they told me to was them. I only book premiere hosts.So I can get help when I need it. The first thing my friend and I noticed was that it was similar to the pictures, but we did have a totally different unit than what was specified. It also states it can fit 4 humans, that is a straight up lie. The “pull out couch” was broken and the bed was just big enough for 2\. Oh, and just a heads up, 6 minutes from broadway is by ride shares! It is NOT in walking distance. My advice is…get a hotel near broadway and save on the ride shares and get fresh linens everyday. ##### Kylie R. It’s a beautiful location and was perfect for our getaway weekend! Everything was exactly as listed, and we were thrilled. The only hiccup was that there didn’t seem to be enough hot water for two showers. We alternated who went first and who had to rush before it got too cold. I’m from out of town and a family member had surgery at St. Thomas so the location was ideal and provided a very nice place for me to sleep and get cleaned up.
