FREE secure parking one spot , FREE WiFi . Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo. We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm . Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce. Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History. Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths made this perfect for our family of adults. Large kitchen and lots of seating. 4 stars is because the area that it’s in is a little “up and coming”. I am sure this area will continue to get more populated, but it is a little iffy if you’d walk to Broadway from here. The building is VERY safe and secure. Location of the condo is a short walk or scooter ride from Broadway, but Uber/Lyft are also very easy and inexpensive. Building was secure and quiet! This was our first time to Nashville and it did not disappoint. The condo was so spacious and very clean. Fully stocked up with all the necessities and more. We loved the decor and especially the coffee bar. This condo is a must if you are wanting to be close to Broadway and all the fun Nashville has to offer. The owners are amazing and the hospitality was top notch!
