Easy Uber ride to Broadway, but in a quieter part of town, with a few restaurants, a grocery and liquor store within walking distance. The parking lot was tight with our large SUV, but we found street parking right outside our door.

the experience was fine but i want to list out some issues with maintenance flaws.Light bulb out in master bathroomMaster bathroom toilet is looseHallway bathroom shower curtain is mildewed and needs replacementMajor issue - front door handle leading to the street is about to fall off. The dead bolt kept the door locked but if that had not been there, I would have called for maintenance. Everything was clean but some areas definitely need some repair as reported above.

We had an amazing stay in Nashville. Enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants. The grocery store is right across the street! The condo was great for the four of us.

#### Good location but had issues with plumbing
We really liked the location and layout for two couples and booked due to the 2 bathrooms. However, shortly after check in we noticed the tub and sink were barely draining in one of the bathrooms and notified the management. They didn’t fix it until the 2 days later which meant we had to share the 1 bathroom in the master which was really uncomfortable. It also was annoying to have to message back and forth with management to make sure it got fixed properly. Also, the coffee pot was missing the filter basket and we had only brought regular coffee. I think the cleaning crew should have noticed these things. The management company isnt local and I feel like that was detrimental and there is a lag in response. However, the location was great and the condo is nice otherwise.

Really enjoyed staying here. Place was very clean and check in/ check out very easy. The only complaint was wi-fi was spotty, and sink and tub in hall bath was very slow draining. Maybe that could be easily repaired. We will definitely stay there again.

We were 4 girls celebrating our 50th high school reunion! We loved the neighborhood and the location was good. Although it was not as walkable for us as indicated in the listing, it was short Uber rides to restaurants and entertainment. The condo was the right size for us and the beds were super comfy! It would have been nice to have twice as many towels as were provided, though. The bathtub was very slow to drain out after a bath. Also, the listing should mention that the building does not have an elevator. It was a bit rough to carry all our stuff up and then down which we weren’t expecting. But, overall we loved it!

This place is perfect for four adults and maybe two kids. Super cute. Very clean. Easy check in and out procedures. Would def stay again!

#### Wonderful stay in an immaculate property
Our group was two retired couples visiting Nashville. The property was really clean, well stocked and organized. We were in a thriving and walkable community with restaurants galore and a grocery across the street. The owners were very responsive to our questions and we were also only minutes from downtown venues and music. We would definitely stay there again

#### Great location!
Went with three girlfriends, beautiful unit, great location, especially with Publix right there. House well stocked with essentials. Maids did come at 945 and only 1 of us was still in house as they rest of us had left and did startle her since she was alone with a knocking on the door, as checkout wasn’t till 11 so we def were not expecting someone and owners were pretty strict that we couldn’t check in early without paying or stay later without paying, which is fair, but didn’t expect the early arrival of cleaners. Besides that small inconvenience, all else was great.

#### Great location and stay--few minor issues
The location of this property is great. Close to the highway, 12South, downtown, etc. Very accessible. We stayed with another couple and the space was fantastic. Loved having two king beds and each having our own bathroom. We didn't need the hallway bunks but a nice feature if it is needed. We didn't cook or anything but the unit was very well stocked with pans and utensils if you were interested in that. The convenience of the Publix across the street was great, too. A few minor issues. The bathrooms need more hooks for towels. If you truly had 6 people staying here and using the bathrooms, there would be nowhere to go with towels, washcloths, etc. Even in the shower--no space to put or hang items.The water pressure in the showers was pretty poor. A shower took way longer than it should have trying to rinse soap. This may also be minor, but there was no entry mat at the door. Since it rained or was wet all weekend, the entry flooring was always wet, dirty, etc. We felt like were tracking it anywhere and everywhere. Even leaving shoes at the door, water was going everywhere with 4 pairs of shoes. Definitely could have used a few more hangers in each closet, especially with coats and jackets in the winter months.The cushions on the larger couch are definitely worn out and terrible to sit on. The love seat was better but only by a bit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and these are just a few things that could be improved upon.

#### We loved our stay here!
Clean, easy check in/out, short ride to Broadway, quiet neighborhood. Very pleased with the layout of the VRBO because it accommodated everyone. Comfortable beds and open concept was lovely. Having 2 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great! Loved the bunks too. There’s a Publix right across the street which was convenient to pick up a few groceries. Linens and basic cleaning/toiletries were supplied. Convenient second floor location and not too many steps. If we could change one thing it would be the shower heads - not the best but got the job done. Uber/Lyft had trouble finding the complex but if you enter Melrose Aesthetics as the pick up and wait at the end of the driveway, no problems. Would definitely stay here again!

#### Great Place in Nashville
We spent the holidays in Nashville as our adult kids are scattered. This location was a 10 Lyft ride to Broadway and 15 to the airport. We had a great family get together.

Great location! Close to everything you need! Short Uber ride to Broadway! Perfect for 2 couples! It’s was nice having 2 king size beds! It was clean and had everything we needed!
