Host for this property was unresponsive for hours.We arrived around 4pm. Rules are must park in garage. Well the garage was full of trash and construction scrapes. Reached out to the host about the issue,(call center) 5 phones calls and 4.5 hours later we are told to park at another condos garage, and they will get it cleaned out next day. Stayed 4 days no one ever came to empty garage. Worried everyday we would get locked out of the condo that we had to park in. The condo is well decorated. The security guy Red was awesome! Its a good thing we didnt bring 2 cars because they had a lot of furniture and rugs in the garage. Apon entering and going up the first flight of steps there was a toe nail in the floor.( gross)Lots of stairs. The toilet in master bathroom is wobbly. The curtains in the house let light in every room because there arent enough on the windows. ( which people had complained about in the past and thought they would have fixed it but didn't.) Upon arrival, one of the smoke detectors was beeping (and never fixed) so we took the battery out after getting no response from the emergency number. There was trash under the sofa from the previous guests. The “sofa” is pieces that don’t stay together. On the positive side, the location is a short walk to the Gulch. There was a security car with flashing lights outside each night. The rooftop sitting with the propane fire pit was a great hangout place. Firs the location while close to the Gulch is not the safest in terms of neighborhood. As a group of females we would not walk alone at night. The fire alarm went off from a low battery all night making it impossible to sleep. If it is windy you hear the furniture on the rooftop being blown about again making it difficult to sleep. The place is sparsley stocked, we could not find many pots/pans and no cutting board. There is evident water damage in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. In the den the couch is one of those that comes in 6 pieces and they slide apart easily so you soon find yourself on the ground. We were disappointed in our stay here. The house is fantastic, with plenty of room, extremely clean, and a great location. I had to reach out twice to the property manager and they were extremely nice and helpful. The location and quality of the property was great. Note to owners: there was an issue with the ac not keeping the upstairs cool and the general cleanliness of the condo was not great.
