The neighborhood is on a side street so there is no outside noise or congestion that’s downtown. It was safe and well lit even at dark. Close to downtown and centennial park/Parthenon. Also by a Walgreens and convenience store in case you need something. Only downside was the comforter was stained with makeup and food, shower head didn’t have much water pressure, and 2/3 stools at the island were broken. Property boat was great at getting someone to install a new shower head (which fixed the water pressure problem) and giving us a brand new and clean comforter. ##### Marie R. We stayed here for the George Strait and Chris Stapleton concert and it was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nicely decorated. In a safe neighborhood. Good variety of places to eat and shop within just a few minutes. Loved that it was small (just 4 floors) and that it was quiet and great for adults. ##### Monica E. It is close to the Ryman and we were able to find parking there easily. Vanderbilt is just a few blocks away. The parking garage at the condo was great. The neighborhood felt very safe. The kitchen and bathroom were both stocked well, and there were a lot of nice touches like interesting books about Nashville. It is far away from the bustle of downtown that traffic is not bad. Yet, it is only a few minutes by Lyft/Uber to Broadway. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. The building feels very fresh and safe. ##### Ryan M. Upon entering, we found the apartment to be very modern, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. After spending our days just a couple miles away in the entertaining downtown, we were always happy to come back to our home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. I love staying in homes vs hotels and this one has a nice feel to it. Clean and good neighborhood. We found parking on the street and were able to walk to the university, Centennial Park, and a number of good restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. It was a great stay, notwithstanding that I did not get a response to an email inquiry about parking sent more than a day before arrival.
