#### Great apartment and location

Great, clean apartment and awesome location. If you have a car there is parking for one spot which worked out perfect for me. Walking distance to Vanderbilt and Centennial park as well as some food restaurants.

#### Nice lofts but unsafe terrible

Our car was broken into while parked in the underground garage of the lofts. We did take valuables up, as advised. However we left clothes, hats, blankets, toiletries in the car because we were on our way to the beach in Florida and did not think it was necessary to completely empty our car. Someone threw a rock into our back window overnight and stole bags of books, clothing, hats. The police and neighbors said there were several other car break ins that evening and have been increasingly more in the area despite being near Vanderbilt and a supposed nicer area.
