Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise; however, some sound is expected in this urban environment. For added comfort, we provide sound machines and/or earplugs in the unit. ★Urban Location & Nearby Mission★ Hyve is in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch, on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need. You can expect typical city activity, including foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting. ★Building Security & Access ★ Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes. By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. This property is located directly above a very busy railway. The trains run all the time! They provide ear plugs but they are not helpful. There is a sound machine but they do not have a plug for it so we were unable to use it. The patio looks out directly onto the tracks so it’s not relaxing either. To be honest we couldn’t even watch a movie at night because of the sound and vibrations. The building is an easy walk to downtown. The condo is nice and clean. We had trouble getting into the parking garage and the owner was very fast with a response. ##### Sherrie P.
