Located in the very-desirable Gulch-view area, our condo was finished in December 2019\. The building is ultra-modern, secure, has pool and fitness center,grilling area and free parking in-a code-accessed gated garage below. Building entry is code-accessed,also. Excellent alternative to pricy nearby hotels.Five-minute walk to eateries, bars and the Gulch. Less than a mile to Broadway. Uber/Lyft rides to downtown about $6-8.We are very experienced in short-term rental business and are Superhosts. This is a brand NEW condo and that is why we don't currently have reviews. The short term rental permit number is: 2019076678. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Even had a guitar that you could play during the stay. Very clean unit. The only issue we had was not the owners fault but not enough sound proofing put in by the builders.
