Just minutes from Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium, this spacious retreat features a fully stocked kitchen, open living space, and premium amenities. Perfect for groups, enjoy outdoor grilling, corn hole, blazing-fast Wi-Fi, and easy access to Top Golf and Music City’s best attractions. The Space: Brand new modern luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, open living space, 2 large full rooftop patio with amazing views of Downtown Nashville. We are a short $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Broadway, Demonbreun St., Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. We are only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf \- Bedrooms: 4 total, group-friendly layout. \- Bathrooms: 4 full baths with modern fixtures. \- Living Areas: Large open-concept design with natural light and stylish finishes. \- Entertainment: Two rooftop patios with skyline views, outdoor electric grill, and corn hole game. \- Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, storage containers, coffee maker, wine glasses, and essentials. \- Extras: Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer/dryer with detergent, Wi-Fi, cable, and smart lock entry. Outdoor electric grill and corn hole game provided! This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
