Located at 11 Music Square East, this studio puts you at the epicenter of Nashville’s legendary music scene. RCA Studio B, Columbia Studio A, and the Hideout Recording Studio are just a short walk away. Venture beyond music landmarks to discover local favorites like Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, The Patterson House, and Winners & Losers Bar.

• Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse.  
• No Smoking. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• No pets are allowed.  
• No parties are allowed.
