It was just us and another couple but we liked having the space to cook, drink, and play cards and not feel cramped before we got an Uber to the bars. Ubers were easy to get and cheap too since you're close to downtown. Parking was also super convenient so it was easy to drive ourselves around the city during the day. This place was where I landed and boy am I glad. The neighborhood had everything we needed, coffee shop across the street, brewery not much further, and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our host was the best, answering all of our questions in a very timely manner. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, modern, clean, with everything you need for your stay. The hosts are amazing - they kept in contact before our visit with a ton of information about the area listing things to do and restaurants. It was really helpful to plan our trip. They also checked in right after check in to make sure things were ok and again after checkout. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The condo was really neat and perfect for our group. It was located near the Ryman and there were neighborhood places to eat. Parking was easy and access was easy. ##### Felicia B. Three of us stayed here for two nights as a stop on a girls roadtrip. We only booked a day or two in advance because it was a last minute decision to spend a full day in Nashville on our way to Florida. We were so glad that we stayed here instead of a hotel! The property looks just like it does in the photos. It’s clean, modern, and very comfortable. It’s in a cute neighborhood with a great coffee shop across the street. It was just a short Uber to Broadway—less than 10 minutes. There is a well-lit parking lot and an elevator. I was very impressed with the service!
