The beds were comfy, property was easy to get to with off street parking a bonus. It is an active neighborhood close to police and fire stations so bring your white noice machine. The kitchen was very well equipped and we saved on dining by cooking in some. It was properly, plentifully and beautifully stocked; everything was comfortable and I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint was that there were many cockroach killer/baits that were exposed and visible... the warning on the baits say to keep away from dogs and as a dog-friendly listing I do believe they should find a safer form of pest control or keep the baits in areas that aren't accessible to dogs.
