This 3 bed, 3 bath home is only 8 minutes from Broadway. Perfect for large group travel, this modern luxury home with incredible views can sleep at least 15 people across its 12 beds. It also provides access to the lower-level patio, including outdoor seating and a grill. LEVEL TWO The second floor contains three bedrooms. The primary suite offers four beds (two queens, two twin trundles, & a sofa bed) and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has six beds (all twin, two are trundles) and shares a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with the third bedroom, which has one king bed. LEVEL THREE The third floor features a half bathroom and two rooftop decks with various seating options and panoramic views of Nashville's skyline. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. Other things to note Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Some of our favorite local spots are Retrograde Coffee, East Nashville Beer Works, Redheaded Stranger, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cage, & Top Golf! Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We don't recommend using public transit options and suggest guests bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety measures, regardless of their location within the city.
