### Enchanted garden studio|hot tub!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nestled in an abundant garden, perfect for musicians seeking for an inspiring sanctuary, or couples, teachers or traveling nurses seeking for a furnished monthly rental in Nashville. This studio is located under a historic house in 12South, a prime location at walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. It offers comfort, charm, and modernity, yet with all the character of an historic house. The cherry on the cake is its private hot tub!  
  
  
  
One spacious room with private entrance, located underneath a house occupied by the owners. In the studio you will find a modern bathroom, in-unit laundry, bedroom with a queen bed and a smart Tv, an open kitchen with a small dining area, as well as a comfortable living room.  
  
  
  
Guests can access the studio, the indoor-outdoor dining area in front of the studio, the luxuriant garden, and the private hot tub. Private free parking is also available in the alley, for one vehicle.  
  
  
  
We are happy to meet guests at checkin, They will also receive check-in instructions for self-checkin.

It is a \`rural space\` in the middle of Nashville with an abundant garden, so you might occasionally see insects and wildlife (butterflies, mice, mosquitos, etc)  
  
  
  
We thoroughly inspect the property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your hosts know as soon as possible.
