Our home ! 1 bedroom queen bed , 2 bedroom queen bed shared bath in the hall , master king bed with en-suite bathroom large soaking tub separate shower large vanity. Living area dining area for 4 , eat in kitchen for 4 , stocked kitchen, washer and dryer for your use in the garage, the large 3/4 acre yard with a pool. Our home is located South of Nashville we are : 10.6 to Broadway , Ryman 12.3 airport 11.4 Nissan stadium 3.6 Nashville zoo 7 miles to 12 south 8.7 Radnor lake 15.4 Opry mills and the Grand Ole Opry You can walk to the grocery and some other shops across the street a car is preferred or Uber and Lyft are available, bus transportation can be used , there is a stop a short walk from the house, taxi of course is also an option. Strict NO parties in our house if you do make a bad choice..you will be fined the deposit and any additional cleaning expenses and be asked to leave. Be safe have fun when using the pool there is no lifeguard on duty ! If you’re bringing a pet you must clean up after them and be a responsible pet parent. We were hoping to find a hand held skimmer to take care of the bugs and debris gathered on the top of the pool but they did not have one. Overall, we enjoyed the yard and the pool all weekend! Suggestion for the owner, the border landscape around the pool is all weeds and really takes away from the aesthetic. A couple of plants or even just rocks in there would go a very long way. Nice place, clean, easy to park, recently refurbished, mostly quiet neighborhood (barking dog), property manager was super responsive, everything was as advertised. A place we could easily go back to in the future. Couple of thoughts and one small issue.Hot tub was awesome. Didn't stay at 101 for very long, but it was chilly outside. Sitting area in living room has no hard surface to put a drink or anything, making it tough to sit and relax in that part of the house, even with a cup of morning coffee. Perhaps a coffee table or small side table or two would be helpful.The master bath is very nice and recently redone. Seems like the cleaning folks may have missed someone's lost clothing behind the bathtub, but other than that, the place was very clean and was overall a pleasant, easy experience. It was incredibly well-equipped and spacious, making meal preparation a joy. We enjoyed many memorable meals together, taking full advantage of the high-quality appliances and ample counter space. The master bedroom was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. It served as a serene retreat, complete with an ensuite that was both modern and luxurious. The attention to detail in every aspect of this space was truly impressive, providing a level of comfort that exceeded our expectations. Lastly, our host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From timely communication to thoughtful touches throughout the property, their dedication to providing an exceptional experience was evident. Overall, this vacation rental is a true gem.
