All the living arrangements were comfortable, the bar area and outdoor spaces were perfect for hanging out. The grill, pool heating, fire pit all worked great, and the house was stocked with supplies like firewood, dishes, 2 well working large speakers, pool inflatables, pool towers, folding tables, and more. Would highly recommend and stay again if I'm back in nashville. The location was also great - directly next to a coffee shop and breakfast places, with several bars and restaurant a short walk away.
