It has an open-concept floor plan with large common spaces that have plenty of room for gathering with your friends and family, large family dinners, or group hangouts. It has all modern features, including stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, crown molding, washer and dryer, and a flat screen TV. In addition, there is a kitchen counter-top bar; a large shaded front patio with seating; and a back patio with an in-ground pergola, outdoor furniture, and string lights, which sets the mood for any gathering. The backyard is completely enclosed in a gated privacy fence. The layout of the house is great and very roomy.There were a couple of things that could’ve better:1\. The beds are very firm, for us that was very difficult for sleeping. Maybe for others it would be fine.2\. The neighborhood did not feel safe enough to walk in, which is a major drawback for us. Some houses and cars were well kept, while others were run down. There’s a broken down car on the street we stayed on just sitting in the grass.3\. We prefer to cook vs eating out and we always rent houses on vacation for this reason. I’ve never stayed in a house before that has zero condiments or spices besides salt. We had to go out and buy it all, which was a major inconvenience after I had ordered groceries to be delivered upon arrival so we could cook dinner.Overall, the house itself is nice, it’s just not the right fit for our needs. ##### Claire M. Comfy beds too!- Both bathrooms had non-slip bath mats, a relief for a bath with a toddler who wanted to roll around that slippery tub!- Coffee bar was ready to go thank God! Nothing sucks worse than an arrival at a house and having to dash to get filters, etc. and this was not the case with our stay, the house was ready for a caffeinated morning start.- Fenced in backyard was nice with a great sitting area to watch him play - Nearby playgrounds with slides… again, running the wiggles out with the little one was easy- Walking distance to Dose coffee, Sho Pizza, the Mitchell Deli, Sabell’s, and a beer garden was perfect. We had 2 couples & we just loved our stay!! This home is beautiful. It’s perfectly comfortable with 2 really nice bedrooms!! The description for everything is accurate & all the instructions are really helpful. This is a good pick! It's super cute, clean and stocked with all the essentials. The hosts are really nice and our communications were seamless. The check in and check out processes were easy and a manual was available for download that has all the information you'll need for your stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My only draw back was an odor in the house of a dog. I am not a dog owner so the smell was very difficult for me to over come. A quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Nashville. Loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms! The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was cozy to relax on. The online guide was very helpful, and it was helpful to have it in advance. Check in and check out were very easy. I appreciated that the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions I had! Branch was the perfect place for the four of us for our week-long stay. We had many activities and events around the city throughout the week and Branch was conveniently located. It was clean, spacious, and included all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great place to relax with coffee in the morning and return to in the evening after a long day of activities. He is fresh off his second deployment and they are expecting their first child. We needed a little extra room from our house because his best friend and his girlfriend also came into town. I spoke with Ali and gave her the rundown on the weekend because everything was a surprise for our son. She was great and so accommodating for all our needs. The place was fantastic, clean and just a short distance to our house in east Nashville. We had a great dinner on Friday night and the kids had a blast cruising around town on Saturday capped off with the Chris Stapleton concert that night.
