As a large family we thought we had found a perfect property to come to Nashville and celebrate a special moment. We woke up Friday morning to both of our personal vehicles having shattered windows that we now how to clean up and deal with, along with stolen property. The owner never provided requested camera footage, and we had to go buy our own vaccum to even cleam up the mess! He did say he would provide a refund for the vaccum, but never did. To make matters worse there was a previous window on the ground when we arrived. Clearly, the owners do not care about the safety of their renters or they would attempt to deter this behavior by adding gates and lights in the back yard/parking lot. When we reached out to the owner with our disasfaction he could only say he was sorry. He did not offer up any type of help or accomodation such as a partial refund for the inconvenience. It is our reccomndation if you are looking for a place to stay you find anywhere else that is not owned by Kings rental property LLC or Mr.Allen.
