That was not the case, fire pit was a rusted out heap of junk and no chairs. Hot water was an issue, you couldn’t get any hot water in kitchen sink and the showers had to run 10 minutes before any appeared. Doors and multiple areas were broken and the floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes or your feet would be charcoal black. It was very accessible to everything. It was perfect for six women ages 20 to 50\. Definitely enough bathrooms and bedrooms. It is decorated very nicely to fit the theme of a weekend trip to Nashville. The only things that were an issue were light bulbs being put in bathrooms and we had to spray for ants a couple of times in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable with plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub. However, there was something, maybe food, in the tub. It wasn’t completely clean but clean enough for that we still got in. There was trash on the rooftop left from the previous people. Two main issues that will probably keep us from renting again is the refrigerator did not work and the traffic was so loud we all had a hard time sleeping.
