There is plenty of street parking for any guests + a private garage for 2 compact cars. Guests should be a minimum of 23 years in age or accompanied by a parental guardian, and are kindly asked not to reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville. While the neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe this is still an urban environment and you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We recommend that you don't leave valuables in your car and don't leave the doors and windows unlocked when you leave the house. This unit is 4 stories, including the rooftop deck. Kitchen very nice and well equipped. Could never get channels on the tv. First floor bedroom was a little disappointing, small and didn't realize it had bunk beds. Bathroom off living room needs toilet seat fixed and more towels in bathrooms would be nice. Fans need cleaning. Garage is a big plus. Overall nice place. Neighborhood not the best. ##### Robin G.
