My only complaint is they take the balance but wait until the day before AND of to have you finish documents. You also pay for cleaning but check out instructions threaten additional charges if you dont wash dishes, take out trash or put towels on floor. I had to send pics of small damages on arrival, so i wouldnt be charged. The bed padding is unclean. Sheets seem ok but underneath is bad. Neighborhood is just on the outskirts of downtown Nashville which was about a 5-10 minute uber depending on where you were going downtown. We knew this and it was not a problem. Plenty of parking avaliable on site. We didn't need anything during the trip but the management checked in daily via a text to make sure we knew we could reach out if needed. The only thing I found misleading is that it says it’s a mile from downtown and walkable to Broadway, this is not true. It’s about a 2 mile walk and the neighborhood is not very safe and the walk involves major busy roads so my group ubered. Overall, a great place to stay. ##### Amanda W. We really didn’t spend much time there because we were out celebrating 3 21st birthdays but we totally would have because the house was that nice. It says it was within walking distance to downtown but the neighborhood isn’t safe enough for that but the Uber was quick and cheap as long as you go home before 11 pm. ##### Melissa D. The only issue we had was not being able to find the upstairs apartment at first. Could have easily been our fault. We also were a little disappointed we could not get through the inside door to go up stairs but it worked out okay. Very clean, easy communication, check out list was not over bearing at all. After seeing some of the the reviews after we had booked I admit I was a little worried. We had 10 people, 4 couples and 2 single women. We rented A&B and it was great. First off, the rental is basically new and is in a neighborhood that is transitioning to day the least. Empty lots and a few run down homes are being fixed and rebuilt so if that bothers you then probably not for you. Rental was very nice and well stocked Overall very comfortable for our group. The toilet plugged up While we were there and the maintenance man was there in 30 minutes. He was very nice and had it fixed in 30 minutes. There are some wiring issues in the home we went over with him to fix later Some of the fans in house were wired wrong so they came on at weird times and wouldn’t always shut off lol Over all it was good. The neighborhood was fine for us. We weren’t at the house much and contractors were working every day on the homes around it Sheets were clean Home was clean Bathrooms were clean 10 dollar Lyft to town Would be nice to have a few more towels Would be nice if you rent A&B to open door inside of A that leads to stairway to B so you do not have to go outside in the rain or heat if you rent the whole place ##### Troy M.
