THE SPACE This two-story penthouse at HYVE is all about light, views, and room to spread out. The main level features an open-plan living area with cozy seating and a smart TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen and casual dining area so staying in with cocktails or takeout feels just as fun as going out. A huge corner wraparound balcony on this level overlooks Nashville’s skyline, creating an impressive indoor–outdoor hangout space for morning coffee, golden hour, or late-night conversation. Downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a single queen bed and another with two queen beds set side by side—ideal for groups who want to stay close but still have their own space. Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise; however, some sound is expected in this urban environment. For added comfort, we provide sound machines and/or earplugs in the unit. ★Urban Location & Nearby Mission★ Hyve is in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch, on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need. You can expect typical city activity, including foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting. ★Building Security & Access ★ Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes. By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. The unit was beautiful with lots of space and very clean. The outdoor balcony area was very spacious and inviting as well! The host and those I talked to (Melissa, Trish & Ann) were extremely communicative, responsive and accommodating of our questions and requests. We came into town for the Journey concert and some site seeing and being that we had never been before, the host also provided some very helpful information and recommendations.
