House was very updated and modern. We did not receive check in instructions so when we arrived 20 minutes before check in time we had no way to get in. We finally received it after I reached out. We were a group of 6, 4 nights, the place felt very spacious with a good layout. Some what close to Broadway, however you need to cab it as it is not very walkable (about 30 min). Host was nice, providing us with some snacks on arrival, however would have been nice to have larger bottles of shampoo/soap, more dishwasher pods, and extra paper towel rolls (only given 1). Also some basic condiments like sugar, salt, oil are pretty standard now in many rental properties. Rooftop patio was nice and spacious. When I asked the host about this they said they will alert future guests of this construction noise. I am extremely dissatisfied that this detail was hidden from us. When on vacation I would like to sleep in and each and everyday we were woken early with loud construction noise. I feel this information should have been disclosed so we were able to make an informed decision about where we chose to stay. They supplied us with very minimal amounts of toilet paper and towels as we had 10 people staying in the home and had to wash towels several times. They gave us two pods to wash clothes so we had to go out in and buy them. The location was not far from broadway and walking distance to the gulch. Overall, everything was as beautiful as presented!
