The host was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up - we initially had trouble with door locks and opening one of the units. The host was able to reset the locks and get us in quickly. After the first night we noticed the heat was not working on the lower levels of one of the units, and the host set up a tech to visit the same day to address it. We were able to find and easily fix the issue. We know that things like this can happen, but the important thing is that the host was responsive and took the right measures to address the issues. We hope to return next year with another group. We would rebook at this same location as it was very accessible to downtown (10 minute drive). ##### miranda m. Communication was good and the owner’s worked with us well especially check in and check out. The only thing we weren't happy with is the location. The information on the site led us to believe we were a mile from Broadway but in fact it’s a 15 minute drive leaving costing us hundreds of dollars for Uber rides that we weren’t planning on. ##### kelly l. The houses were listed as "Luxury" properties, however there were quite a few things that were lacking. There were a few holes in dry wall, cover-up paint was on many walls. There were no utensils, platters or serving items for large groups, even though each house slept up to 10\. Main areas were clean, but corners, bathrooms and light fixtures were dusty. And as accommodating as John was, I believe these properties should stress that both houses are ALL stairs. Great for college students, but not for 50, 60 - 80 year old customers. ##### Corie L.
