THE SPACE Cumberland Social is a multi-level townhome in a row-style community, designed for trips where the house is part of the fun. The open-concept main level gives your group plenty of space to cook, connect, and keep the vibe going, with a layout that feels social and comfortable (not cramped). Up top, the rooftop is your private hangout— dining table, refrigerator, and multiple seating zones for day-to-night lounging. It’s perfect for slow mornings, sunset toasts, and late-night wind-downs after exploring the city. When it’s time to recharge, the home features a true 4 bed/4 bath en-suite setup, ideal for group privacy and smoother mornings. Parking is simple with a private 2-car garage plus free street parking. We also host a sister townhome just one unit away, and when booked together, the two homes can accommodate up to 24 guests—ideal for reunions, wedding groups, team trips, and celebration weekends. ★Two bedrooms on the third floor include a king bed, with a day bed available for additional sleeping flexibility. By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property).
