The charming tea table for two offers the perfect spot to share a meal or your morning coffee with a view into the kitchen or out the picturesque windows to the river. Everything you need to create a memorable stay is right at your fingertips. This condo can comfortably sleep 4 guests between a private bedroom and full size living room sleeper sofa. There is the worst construction noise right outside the front door. If you go to nashville and expect to have at least one late night exploring down down or a local bar / show, don't expect to get any more than a few hours of sleep. Totally ruined the following day. On a positive note, this place would be fine for early birds. I know the PM will say they had no idea of the construction noice in reply to this review but they definitely do. When I started reading the revies in detail you can clearly see they are aware of the issue. Just be clear and honest in your listing or I wouldn't feel the need to make others aware. ##### Nicholas G. That was its biggest appeal as you get to walk along the river to downtown and I felt safe enough. The patio is nice overlooking the river to sit for a morning coffee or night cap. Pictures are accurate. We always had a parking spot. It did have the basics to cook a simple meal or heat up leftovers. Bad- while we believe the place may have had a quick clean, it could use some deep cleaning. Again, not the best area. Very basic apartment. There are obviously much better places to stay, but the price point is why we stayed. It met our basic needs for a short weekend trip. They did give us the wrong Wi-Fi information but they were able to resolve it in a relatively timely fashion. I would only recommend staying for a short time period if your goal is to primarily check out downtown. ##### Amanda R. We read a bad review on the River Roost by someone who had stayed there in August. I would like to dispute what they had to say about the accommodations. We were delighted with the condo. We had trouble with the TV and called for assistance and a new Sim card was brought over the next morning. Although the location of the condo was about a mile from Broadway, we walked it several times and felt safe. An Uber ride from downtown was about $10 with tip. We would definitely stay there again because it had everything we needed even down to the kitchen which was immaculate and had all up-to-date appliances. I highly recommend the River Roost for anyone who does not want to stay in a hotel downtown where it’s pretty noisy. ##### Sharon S. This place is on the edge of Germantown near the District. Overall nice place, clean, on 3rd floor. Only issue was wifi did not work and was hoping to get some work done. Mgmt did respond but, owner not available. To me it seemed a mix-up in the network name and password. Oh well if in general area and all you need is a one bedroom give it a try. ##### Robert C.
