Welcome to the Conway Buyout! Located in downtown Nashville, this buyout includes a 1-bedroom unit and a 4-bedroom unit that sleep a total of 14 guests.  
  
We strive to ensure each guest's experience is exceptional. Please note that while the apartment you receive will meet our high standards of comfort and quality, there may be slight variations in layout and design from the images on the listing. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make your stay memorable.  
  
There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.  
  
Nearby attractions: Broadway, Nashville Farmer’s Market, Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonk, Bridgestone Arena, Centennial Park, Monell’s (Southern), Rolf and Daughters (Italian), Henrietta Red (Seafood), O-ku (Sushi).

\- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count per unit. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.  
\- There are three flights of stairs across both units in total and steps leading up to the common door.  
  
Parking Details:  
\- Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking can be found along the street, as well as the parking lot in the interior of the building.  
  
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.  
  
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.   
  
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.   
  
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.  
  
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.  
  
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.  
  
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

#### Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. A group of us were in town for a friends wedding and looking for a place to accommodate all of us. The additional unit downstairs was perfect as a member of our group was on crutches and unable to use the stairs; there are a significant number of stairs in this townhouse. The location was super central and in a quiet area - it was easy to get around and less than 15 minutes from every part of nashville we visited. We also really appreciated the number of bathrooms (3.5 upstairs & 1 in the downstairs unit) which made it easy for us to all get ready at the times we needed to. We had 9 adults total and that felt comfortable - I think anymore than 10 adults would’ve been a stretch for our group. I really liked the ability to use the property managers app to contact them. They had support available anytime & accommodated an early check in for us at 9:30am instead of 4pm for an extra $100\. It was so worth it to us because we had early flights and nowhere to get ready before one of the events. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was good, the location is not. Our vehicle broken into and the security cameras were conveniently "offline". We were not the only ones with cardboard on our vehicle windows staying there. Must be a common thing.

#### Celebration of friends!!

We were looking for a great place for 10 adults where each couple had their own bed that didn't consist of bunk beds. The place was plenty big and very clean. We will be booking again next year!
