Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville. We strive to ensure each guest's experience is exceptional. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. The area to the west was a little sketchy but the area to the east, which we unfortunately didn't know about till right before we left, seemed nice. The house was a short Uber ride away from downtown Nashville and we rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes for an Uber. The house has a nice outdoor space, the towels are big and plush, although we could have used more towels, especially one for the downstairs bathroom. The beds seem pretty comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. We would have liked to have some type of cleaner for the kitchen counter. The top floor had lots of games to keep the kids busy. We loved the keyless entry and the open floor plan was great space for all of us to gather without feeling cramped. ##### Tricia B. Cute decor, comfy couches and beds. Stocked with coffee, tea, shampoo, soap. Plenty of parking out front and under the building. Cons: Floors were dirty, bring house shoes! We were hanging out in the kitchen at 9:30pm one night and someone with a door code walked right into our unit. She looked at us and left in a hurry. We were obviously very concerned, especially since this unit isn't in the best part of town. We called the property manager and they assured us it was housekeeping and apologized. It seemed a bit odd for housekeeping to enter a property at 9:30 on a Saturday night.
