Location was outstanding with easy access to everything in Downtown and walkable to Germantown areas such as the Farmers Market, Museum of Tennessee across the street, Capitol Park and a few eateries as well as a Krogers and Walgreens also across the street. House was spacious and comfortable and reasonable equipped for a week's stay. Things to note are that there are no dressers or drawers in either bedroom; only a small cubby to hang a few things. There are no extra towels so for longer stays you would need to request extras or wash the ones provided, coffee maker is a simple, 6 cup Mr. Coffee, not a Cuisinart that grinds beans as stated in the ad and no Keurig either. Aside from those minor items, the apartment was great with laundry in the unit, plenty of great games, a lovely outdoor balcony and plenty of seating. ##### vikki s.
