Very cute neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to downtown. There were three of us traveling, which is the perfect size for this condo as there's only seating for 3 in the living room. The walls are a bit thin, we could clearly hear the residents behind us when in the bedroom that shared a wall. Used Lyft for easy downtown access & return to property although bus service 5 mins walk away if you wish. Ease of contact with owner.
