The staff on call are very friendly and helpful if a problem was to arise. LOVED the garage door and especially all of the games in the living room. It’s about a 20 min walk straight to broadway, would also recommend to rent one of those electric scooters. Location allows you to be in the heart of Nashville, while also giving some breathing room. The area is safe and they are a few low key bars/restaurants that are walking distance. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved the coffee and tea assortment that was provided! Easiest check in and check out. Our favorite part of the place was the garage door that we could open up and it lead to our balcony. The shared balcony was wonderful as well. We thought we would be a little bummed with location and having to Uber everywhere. We ended up meeting other couples and parties that were staying as well and it was a perfect get away from the loud hustle and bussle of Broadway. The mattresses are super comfy and the pillows. The surroundings appear a little sketch, however, due to the significant security of the building we NEVER felt that we or our things were at risk at all.
