The noise from the highway did not bother us but the earplugs were thoughtful. Séjour de 13 nuits en juillet 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### robin j. 11 juin 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### property management treats you as a threat not a guest after speaking with 7 different agents regarding the incorrect information on my rental agreement, I just signed it so I could confirm my stay. i had to send a copy of drivers license, a photo of me holding my drivers license, the names and ages of the family staying with me…..i was vetted to a fault even though I have rented from vrbo repeatedly over the years. we could not adjust the a/c temp in the unit, we were charged for utilities. we were instructed as to which towels we were to use for makeup removal. avant- stay charged us as did vrbo…..I felt as though I was just a monetary transaction, not a customer. it was just too much hassle for a weekend stay. the location was very close to our family, otherwise I would have cancelled. I felt as though I was trespassing, even though I was a paying guest. accommodations were fine, except the king sized bed needs a new mattress as it sinks on one side. there is just no way I would stay at an avantstay stay property again…..too much red tape. ##### robin j. There was construction all around, the house was right next to a major highway which was loud and busy all the time. However, it was a nice price and a pretty good location in relationship to all we wanted to do. If it would have just been my husband and I it would have been fine! It is located in an older neighborhood in East Nashville, among older homes, new construction and businesses. We needed to be close to Vanderbilt Medical Center, and we were only a 20 minute drive away, even in Nashville traffic. We were able to have our small dogs with us…there was not much yard for them to do their business, but they enjoyed their stay! A huge negative is that it is right next to an on-ramp for a major highway, making it extremely noisy outside and in. And the landscape company next door loads their equipment extremely early every day! We had an issue twice with other guests being sent check in instructions for our townhome and even given a door code to our door, while we were still there! The space was very clean and centrally located to most places we needed to go in Nashville. Our only complaint would be the proximity to a major highway which could be heard easily from within the unit, sometimes making it difficult to sleep. The owner/property manager was very responsive and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. Would stay again! ##### Charla T. It makes for a wonderful staycation getaway or a quick getaway where you want to spend some time with your friends and families.
