Enjoy upscale Nashville amenities, a resort-style pool, fast Wi-Fi, and modern comforts designed for a relaxing stay. With walkable access to top dining, nightlife, live music, and cultural attractions, this stylish retreat is perfect for weekend getaways, couples, or business travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and the best of Music City living. The Space: The fully-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals at home; we'll provide all the pots, pans, and bakeware you need. The smart TVs in the living room and bedroom allow you to log in to your streaming services. The bright, colorful bedroom includes a TV, clothing rack, and dresser for your belongings. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen-sized bed, as well. An outdoor patio provides you a relaxing retreat from the Honky Tonks of Broadway and makes the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. In the winter, the fireplace provides the same escape. THINGS TO KNOW This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: The property has plenty of open parking located directly in front of the unit. There are no assigned spots so pick whichever is most convent for you. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. \- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. \- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM. Guest Access: Guest has full access to the entire condo and all shared amenities offered at our complex. The Neighborhood: Walking distance to Broadway and all the Honky Tonks in Nashville. Tennessee Titans stadium is just over the bridge and can be easily walked on gamedays or for concerts. Two streets over is the new Sounds baseball stadium that is surrounded by restaurants and bars. Bowling alley and Top Golf that is all walkable. Getting Around: Walking is the best way to get around but if you don't want to walk than Uber or Lyft is the way to go. The other popular option is riding the scooters. \*\*Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners! Other Things to Note: \*\* The complex does have private security nights and weekends during prime season \*\* Pool, laundry facilities, and gym require key card to enter \*\* Key card will be hanging by the front door \*\* Pool is open from April-October \*\* Free covered parking on the premises \*\* We are located on the river. Depending on the time of year you will probably see some wildlife on the river bank and if hanging outside for a lengthy amount of time I would recommend bug spray \*\* The complex does have a firepit and propane grill but you will need to provide your own fire wood and propane \*\*Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners! We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. Could use a good scrubbing, overall common areas were clean but it has been awhile since the place has been dusted or corners cleaned. The living room carpet had an area that was sticky so we had to wear shoes. Would be a nice touch if it had some more essentials such as tissues, storage bags/containers for leftovers and a full size or even 4 cup coffee pot. We were in town for the CMA music festival at Nissan Stadium and never had yo move the car. The included covered parking was perfect for the occasional rain. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. We were able to walk to Broadway and restaurants all within a 15 min or so walk. The communication and check in process was very easy. The community is large but we found it quiet and with ample parking. We have stayed at many places in Nashville and this was by far the best option for it convenience and location. In the future this would be our first choice. ##### michael b. The first apartment we stayed in had nice views of the river the bridge that goes over to the stadium. The apartment was clean. However, there was no heat and the fireplace was not working fireplace was one of the benefits. We were looking forward to. We called James. He answered right back. He was sending a technician. He could not find a technician since it was a Saturday night. We could not stay there because it was 50° inside the room. James offered us a two bedroom apartment and another location. He sent the pictures we agreed on going we arrived there. The apartment was very nice very clean great about letting us move all of our bags into the apartment immediately we enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was very clean two bedroom. We only wish that it had a king size bed in one of the bedroom, but the room was very nice and clean in a very secure neighborhood and building. James did a great job and handling all the situation. I had some minor confusion with the location/unit number but got a phone call fairly quickly to address it and was also allowed to check in. The unit itself is very nice. However, there was a sort of odd smell in it (similar to a water smell). There was an air purifier so that seemed to help once we turned it on. The shower head had awful water pressure and as a female with a lot of hair it took forever to wash my hair. The only other issue is there was a TON of gnats inside. Now, I realize it was 90 degrees and we are right on the water but they ate us the entire time we stayed. If these small things were fixed we would absolutely stay again. The location can’t be beat. You are basically in downtown Nashville so be aware that there are homeless down the road under the bridge and along the river. We walked past them one evening with no issues.
