Unfortunately, this property listing is not accurate at all. The house was very dirty- the walls and floor in the living room had some kind of sticky substance all over them. The couch in the living room was dingy, dirty looking (covered with a clean sheet the whole time we were there). The blotchy paint job looks terrible, and the toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken until my husband fixed it. Aside from coffee the kitchen was not “well equipped” no salt/pepper or olive oil (which seem like basics). The ceiling fan in the front bedroom fell out of the ceiling and landed on my daughter’s bed as she was walking into the room to lie down. I messaged the host with urgency and they didn’t respond for hours! Didn’t offer any kind of refund or discount just said “so sorry”. The box used to install the ceiling fan was not a ceiling fan box big enough to hold the weight- not to code! Check out was at 10am (which was the earliest check out I have ever seen) we went out to grab coffee and came back to the house at 9:30 to do a final walk through and the automatic lock and code had already reset! Thank goodness we had already loaded our luggage into the rental car. Also if after all this you still want to rent this place beware of the 2”ish step in the middle of the walkway to the house which is not to code and was a tripping hazard the entire stay. Nashville was amazing we had a great time- but we will be much more careful in choosing a place to stay next time. ##### Carrie G. The beds were very comfortable with different types of pillows to choose from. The house was cleaned and communication with Host Extordinaires was always timely.
